Vendors
These are my favorite vendors, companies whose products or service I have personal experience with.  I am a real hardass when it comes to customer service.  If a company expects my continued business, they'd better treat me right!

Chief Aircraft

Some of the best deals on the Web - lots of free shipping, great customer service.

Horizon Hobby

Good articles.  Tough website to navigate when seeking a specific product, like a ball link.  I have had good, and sometimes and not so good, service from Horizon.  Specifically, requests I have made via email on their website usually receive very slow or no response.  However, they are great on the phone and via regular mail.

KS Mufflers

Popular choice for IMAC aircraft.

Wingbags.com

Great service, great product.  Have not had an opportunity to try them since ownership changed.

Tower Hobbies

I have never been disappointed by Tower.  Not a major source of giant-scale stuff, but plenty of other goodies.  Probably the easiest to navigate hobby site on the web.

Futaba RC

A ton of good FAQs...

Trick RC

The home of the Zagi.  Great service.

Dave Brown Products

Got the spinner for my 33% Cap from Dave Brown.  Nice people, great price, great service.

Slimline

Nice mufflers, smoke pumps, accessories.  Great service.

Madison Components

Cool transmitter stands, quick service, cheap shipping

Aeroprotect

Rocket City linkage stuff sold here!  John is great to deal with.

Amelung Modelbau

The KS canisters for the 33% Cap came from Amelung.  Ulrich is a super nice guy and was very responsive to my emails.  From the ship date it took about 3 weeks, registered and insured, to get the package to Phoenix from Germany.
